SHOPPING POLICY
UK Delivery
Music: Delivery cost £3.95. All orders are sent via Evri Next Day UK delivery. Orders placed by 12pm will be sent out the next day and normally take 2-3 working days to arrive.
Digital Music Downloads: Delivery is free and instant. Once a purchase is complete, customers will receive links to download their digital products in the thank you page of the checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder for your email.
Merchandise: Delivery cost £3.95. We operate a print on demand service and all orders are fulfilled by third-party printing company Gelato. Orders placed by 12pm will be processed the same day and normally take 5-8 working days to arrive.
Delivery time includes us receiving your order, printing and delivery. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If there are multiple items in your order, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking info.
Returns & Refunds
With regret, returns are not available.
However, if you deem the item to be faulty on arrival, you must report this fault by sending an image and description of the fault to paul@50mething.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item.
We reserve the right to refuse to process the return of any items which we do not deem to be faulty.
